Special Assembly – Guru Poornima
The students of Grade VI D presented a thoughtfully curated assembly to commemorate Guru Poornima, celebrating the invaluable role of teachers. The programme began with an inspiring quote that set the tone for a reflective and enriching session. The highlight of the assembly was a captivating dance drama depicting the story of Ekalavya and Guru Dronacharya, beautifully conveying values of devotion, sacrifice, and respect through expressive performances.
Mrs. Vani addressed the gathering, highlighting the cultural and spiritual significance of Guru Poornima and the enduring bond between the guru and the disciple.
The programme concluded with an address by the Headmistress, Ms. Vaishali, who appreciated the efforts of the students and teachers for presenting a meaningful and flawless tribute to the spirit of Guru Poornima.
