Krishna Janmashtami
On Friday, August 30th, the students of Std II G presented a special assembly on Krishna Janmashtami. Janmashtami is celebrated to commemorate the birth of Lord Krishna, one of the most powerful and famous reincarnations of Lord Vishnu. The students presented a skit depicting events from Krishna’s life, such as his birth, Brahmanda Darshana, Kalinga Mardhana, and the lifting of Govardhan Giri. Dressed as Radha and Krishna, the little ones added a traditional touch to the entire celebrations when they danced to the beats of Janmashtami songs, filling the air with joy and festive spirit.
