Health is Wealth Activity
Through colourful rainbow themed arrangement of fruits and vegetables the students showcased the benefits of healthy choices. Students understood that good health is a valuable asset, similar to wealth. They depicted a role play where there is a ‘tug of war’ between healthy food and junk food. They spoke about the benefits of exercise and good sleep.
