International Yoga Day & World Music Day
Little Flower Public School celebrated International Yoga Day and World Music Day with great enthusiasm on Friday, 19 June 2026. The programme beautifully showcased the role of music and yoga in fostering harmony, creativity, and holistic well-being.
The celebration commenced with a captivating musical presentation by the Middle School students. The students enthralled the audience with a delightful blend of Carnatic classical music and instrumental performances. The melodious voices, complemented by skilfully played instruments, created a serene and vibrant atmosphere that resonated throughout the school ground.
The High School students then took the stage with an engaging light music performance, accompanied by instrumental music. Their lively and melodious rendition reflected their musical talent and was met with enthusiastic appreciation from the audience.
The programme concluded with an impressive yoga demonstration by trained students, who performed a series of asanas with remarkable precision, flexibility, and confidence. Their graceful performance highlighted the importance of yoga in promoting physical fitness, mental well-being, and inner balance.
The event was attended and appreciated by teachers from the Middle School and High School. The programme concluded with words of appreciation from the Middle School Team Leader, who congratulated the participants for their commendable performances and encouraged them to continue nurturing their talents.
