An assembly program designed to raise awareness about mental health, kindness, and compassion among students. Through three engaging segments — an Awareness Skit depicting real-life emotional struggles, a Michael Jackson Dance Performance, remembering MJ for his kindness, and a vibrant Bollywood Dance Performance celebrating life and its beauty — the assembly delivers a unified message: mental health is just as important as physical health, and supporting one another through small acts of kindness, empathy, and celebration builds a stronger school community. Students were equipped to recognise signs of emotional distress in themselves and peers, empowered to seek and offer help, and reminded that no one faces their struggles alone — because every hand extended in support and every heart opened in compassion contributes to a healthier, happier school.
